SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for choosing Nexura. We are committed to delivering your smart home solutions safely and efficiently. Below are the official terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We proudly offer Free Insured Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. 
• Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days.
*Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays can occasionally occur due to custom clearance procedures or international holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your personal tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched from our global fulfillment hub. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nexura is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, local customs charges, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages
Our shipping service is fully insured. If your product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@nexura.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide photographic or video evidence so we can immediately arrange a free replacement or processing of your claim.
